Potomac Whitewater Festival 2008 to Raise Funds for American Whitewater

Proceeds from the Potomac Fest will be donated to AW, our nation's ONLY river conservation organization whose mission is to protect free-flowing rivers on behalf of river enthusiasts!  AW volunteers and staff have worked for decades to establish the public's right to recreate on rivers which in our case includes the right to run Great Falls and through Mather Gorge.  By participating in a clinic, one or more of seven on-water events, or the party Saturday night you'll be contributing to AW's efforts in the Mid-Atlantic and across the country!
